Something Beautiful Link Party... and My First Peppers!!

I have always wanted to grow my own peppers.  I've tried for a few years, but without any success.  This year I bought little pepper plants, and guess what I have now??  My very first beautiful peppers!!

This is my first ever red pepper:

And these are my very first yellow peppers!

It is so fun to see beautiful produce coming from your own back yard.  Especially when you always wished you had a green thumb.  :)

And while I was at it, I decided to show you a few more beautiful veggies from my garden...  This is my perfect cucumber!

And below are some tomatoes, beans, and hot peppers from the garden, ready to be given away.  (I know it's not the best picture, but it's the only one I have!)  Growing beautiful veggies is so much fun, especially when your garden produces so much, you have plenty for yourself, and extra to pass on!

What a wonderful harvest!! I agree, it is thrilling to watch and wait for the abundance that comes from hard garden work. Your pepper is beautiful! I think I will try growing red peppers next time, too. :)

How beautiful! One of the most beautiful sights, the fruit of one's labor.

I have no idea what happened to my comment on this post. I guess it got lost somewhere in cyberspace.

Anyhow, I didn't put in a garden this year or last year, but the three previous summers I did, and I was NEVER able to grow peppers. Lucky you!! Yours are beautiful...as are your tomatoes and cukes.

    Blessings,
    Patti
